Warming Up & Down

Warm up - Should be done before your circuit and gradually. We recommend before you begin your circuit is walk around for 5 minutes swinging your arms in one direction and then the other 20 times, then rotate your torso in one direction and then the other 20 times, finally rotating your ankles in one direction 10 times and then the other. Do all this to rhythm of your breathing.

Rest Periods - are important so take one whenever you are fatigued.
Use these periods to drink water and stretch.

Cool Down - should involve stretching all major muscle groups.
A static hold stretch for 15-co seconds should be sufficient.
